1. The Pickz Service

By using Pickz, you are joining a network of trust. Our service provides a platform for you to share honest recommendations with your friends (Level 1) and their friends (Level 2).

2. Honest Recommendations Only

Pickz is for real advice. You agree not to post "Pickz" that are:

  • Paid advertisements or sponsored content disguised as personal advice.
  • Spam or repetitive links meant to manipulate ratings.
  • Hate speech or inappropriate content.

3. Network Connectivity

You understand that by syncing your contacts, you are forming a Level 1 connection. Your recommendations will flow through to Level 2 connections automatically to help your network discover better choices.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we facilitate advice from people you trust, Pickz is not responsible for the quality of the services or products recommended by your friends. Use your own judgment before making purchases.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that engage in spamming or fraudulent behavior that breaks the trust of the network.
